Inspired by the unstudied charm of an Italian country house, this garden was designed for outdoor living and entertaining.  Our goal was to create something quirky and a bit haphazard – as if the garden had evolved over time.  The repeated use of rugged, monolithic stone, and a lush, textural plant palette was the key to integrating many program elements (i.e. pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, dining room and fire pit) into a relatively small garden space.
